Ham Chowder
5 medium potatoes - cut into bite sized pieces
1 can of creamed corn
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 16oz container of sour cream
1 clove of garlic - chopped
1/2 cup onion - chopped
1 1/2 cups diced ham (I used Bacon Flavored Spam)
Saute' onions and garlic. Set asidePar cook potatoes (about 20 minutes), then drainAdd cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and ham to the onion/garlic mixtureCook on low for 20 minutesAdd creamed cornServe
